How billing works

60-second threshold

A connection is only billed if the bridged call between contractor and client lasts more than 60 seconds. Short calls and hang-ups are never charged.

Whisper confirmation

Contractors must press 1 to accept each call before bridging. Voicemail pickups and declined calls are never charged — ever.

AMD protection

Answering Machine Detection filters out voicemail systems before the whisper even plays. A second layer of fraud prevention.

Prepaid credits

All plans are prepaid. Credits are deducted automatically after a billable event is confirmed. No invoices. No surprises.

Credits never expire

Unused connection credits carry over indefinitely. No monthly minimums on Starter, Growth, or Pro plans.

Full audit trail

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a successful connection?

A connection is successful when the contractor presses 1 to accept the whisper prompt and the resulting call between contractor and customer lasts more than 60 seconds.

What happens if all contractors miss a call?

VoxConduit attempts up to 3 different contractors per inbound call. If all 3 miss, the caller hears an automated message and no credit is charged to anyone.

Can I pause my account?

Yes. Contractors can pause their availability at any time through the dashboard. Credits are preserved and calls will not be routed while paused.

What if I dispute a charge?

All calls are recorded. You can review any call in your dashboard. Contact billing@voxconduit.com within 30 days. See our Billing Policy for full details.

Do credits expire?

No. Connection credits on Starter, Growth, and Pro plans never expire and carry over indefinitely. Enterprise flat-rate credits reset monthly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment processor. Enterprise accounts may have additional payment options available.
