VoxConduit ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our call routing infrastructure platform (the "Platform").
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information: Account Information: When you register as a contractor, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, service area, and payment information. Call Data: For every call processed through the Platform, we collect the inbound caller's phone number, geographic data (city, state, ZIP code as provided by the carrier), call duration, call status, and routing outcome. Call Recordings: Calls processed through the Platform may be recorded for quality assurance and dispute resolution. Recordings are stored securely and accessible only to authorized VoxConduit personnel and the relevant contractor. Usage Data: We automatically collect data about how you interact with the Platform, including login times, dashboard activity, and API requests. Payment Data: Payment card details are processed and stored by our third-party payment processor. VoxConduit does not store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: operate, maintain, and improve the Platform; route inbound calls to appropriate contractors; process payments and manage connection credit balances; generate analytics and performance reports for contractors; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; comply with legal obligations; and communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: (a) Service providers including our telephony provider (Twilio), cloud database provider (Supabase), and payment processor — contractually required to handle data securely; (b) Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or governmental authority; (c) Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Inbound caller data (phone number, city, state, ZIP) is shared with the contractor who receives the call, as this is necessary for the Platform to function.
4. Data Retention
We retain call records and account data for a minimum of 24 months to support billing dispute resolution and regulatory compliance. You may request deletion of your account data after account closure, subject to our legal retention obligations.
5. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to promptly notifying you of any breach affecting your data.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (subject to retention requirements); object to or restrict certain processing; and data portability. 7. Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for functionality (session management). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand website usage.
8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is intended for use by business operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
